PERMANENT ACTIVITY CHECK
We no longer require a standard Activity Check, just a monthly Check-In with a short summary of what your character has been up to each month.
Check in comments must be submitted before the first of the following month, and can be made anytime prior. We recommend doing them later in the month so you will have sufficient events to summarize!
If you are on hiatus, please link your hiatus comment for the corresponding month.
There is also the option for bonus Bones, which allows players who wish to submit the previous requirements for activity (5 comments in a single thread, not counting top level comments, within the log community

caldera OR action oriented threads within inboxes and game TDMs) to earn 100 Bones once per month. Network threads do not count, as we want the bonus Bones to be equivalent to completion of a quest. Quest logs can be used for this bonus. The thread’s start date does not matter, but the 5 comments must all be within the month of check-in (i.e., thread started in August 2024 but comments from December 2024 will still count for December AC). If mods notice re-use of a single thread without interactions with others in other threads, we will say something.

Summary: Seeing Kaede's new house on legs, Sharing a bit of her past with the medicine seller, talking asexuality with finnick, investigating the destruction of a village by a "kid who fell down the well" with Iron bull, not to mention wrapping up all that wonderful lava-based goodness and a battle with a corrupted Kracken.
Which is to say, gallavanting out like a hero in spandex and pretending she isn't one, getting in some adrenaline junkie moments. Just another Tuesday.

March 2025
Character: Tess Donaldson
Summary: Tess spent most of March in the midst of one bit of daring do (read: Job boards like an obsessed little hero who can't remember to just live life), along with giving up her memories of the last months of her adopted parents before their death to help summon a new ally.

April 2025
Character: Tess Donaldson
Summary: Tess' continued activity has been focused on questing during the month of April, with a bit of a focus in on catching up with 'big guy' (Gadriel), who she feels a little light kinship with, as both struggle with making friends for different reasons. She's biding her time on the whole "Triton Thing" while she waits for the other shoe to drop, which it likely will in May

(OOC Note: I'm going to make a note that I've got an action thread with Gadriel that's moving into action tags for an actual quest the two will go on. I can post that, but failing that this log thread has continued for 5+ tags in the month of April. However, it's also the same thread as was used last month. If you'd rather I not use that thread a second time, I understand. If that's the case, this is just a check in. Just let me know either way.)

Summary: There be fighting! Primarily alongside Gadriel, but she's also done a bit of bonding with Luci as the two cope with their respective stressful lives and questionable pasts. Luci's definitely got it worse than her.
